They say you should register to vote and I did everything to be able to vote in this election. Yet I still cannot vote in the primary election. At the voters box they say to fill out a paper ballot, but I refused. Get this the first time I did a paper ballot someone in the Election office took the time to send me a correspondence letting me know that my vote did not count. My discuss led me to write a letter to the Board of Elections.
At the primaries on September 9 they wanted me to fill out a paper ballot because my name again was not on the roster. I refused! Can you blame me? Then the volunteer goes on to tell me that in the event that I do decide to fill out a paper ballot, my vote will be the deciding vote if the need arises. Can you believe? I am just waiting until the big November 4 election and if I am still not able to vote, then I will have to take further action to be heard. But, who do I complain to?
